NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 31st day of August 2023 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 8th day of September 2023 to regulate traffic in Camborne, Illogan Highway & Pool, Praze-an-Beeble, Redruth, St Day, Tolvaddon & Tehidy and Tregajorran. The effect is to introduce, amend and revoke various restrictions on waiting and parking bays, to introduce a 20mph speed limit and 30mph speed limits along the lengths of road specified below.

The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Any person wishing to question the validity of the waiting restriction Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 31st August 2023, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Boiler Works Road from junction with Treverno Road to Forge Industrial Park; Coronation Avenue sections outside Nos 12, 13, 14, 15, 46 and 48; North Roskear at junction with Boiler Works Road; Park Holly both sides from Treswithian Road to No 23; Roseland Park from junction with Tehidy Road to No 90; Scowbuds from T’Chez Nous to Chy-un-Lur; Tehidy Road at junction with Roseland Park; Treswithian at junction with Park Holly; Treverno Road from junction with Boiler Works Road to No 35 Chivilas Road; Wheal Seaton Park at junction with Treverno Road.
