RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r Ffordd Di-Ddosbarth a adwaenir fel Ala Uchaf, Pwllheli o bwynt ger yr eiddo a adwaenir fel Rhif 9, Rhes Clark gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyrieniol am oddeutu 90 metr.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith ar fynedfa datblygiad.
Y ffordd arall, gan gychwyn o bwynt dwyreiniol y caead, yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad deheuol ar Stryd Moch hyd at ei gyffordd gyda Yr Ala (A497). Trowch i’r dde i deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol hyd at ei gyffordd gyda Ala Uchaf a throi i’r dde. Dilynwch Ala Uchaf mewn cyfeiriad dwyreiniol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 14eg o Fedi, 2023 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na tri mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 8 wythnos.

THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(UNCLASSIFIED ROAD KNOWN AS ALA UCHAF, PWLLHELI) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council have made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of Unclassified Road known as Ala Uchaf, Pwllheli from a point by the property known as No.9, Clark Terrace travelling north easterly for approximately 90 metres.
The Order is necessary health and safety grounds to the public during works on the entrance of a development.
The alternative route, starting at the easternmost point of the closure, is to travel in a southerly direction on Gaol Street up to its junction with Ala Road (A497). Turn right to travel in a north westerly direction up to the junction with Ala Uchaf and turn right. Travel easterly on Ala Uchaf up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction.
The Order comes into effect on the 14th of September, 2023 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding three months or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 8 weeks.
