1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders, which will come into effect on 13th September 2023, will be: 
a. in Crisp Road, the south-west side, to remove the shared use parking place opposite Nos. 1 to 20 Caroline House and install double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions at this location;
b. in Cambridge Grove the west side, to install double yellow kerb blips “at any time” loading restrictions outside Nos. 1 to 7 Cambridge Grove;
c. in Bloemfontein Avenue, the east side, to install a disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 41/39 Bloemfontein Avenue, 6.6 metres of shared use parking place would be removed in this location;
d. in Clancarty Road, the south-east side, to remove a personalised disabled persons parking place outside No. 23/25 Clancarty Road, extending existing shared use parking place at this location;
e. in Comeragh Road, the north-west side, to install a personalised disabled persons parking place outside No. 78/76 Comeragh Road, 6.6 metres of shared use parking place would be removed in this location;
f. in Bolingbroke Road, the north-west side, to install a disabled persons parking place outside No. 42 Bolingbroke Road, 6.6 metres of shared use parking place would be removed in this location;
g. in Aycliffe Road, the south side, to install a disabled persons parking place outside No. 8 Aycliffe Road, 6.6 metres of shared use parking place would be removed in this location;
h. in Queensdale Crescent, the south-east side, to install a personalised disabled persons parking place adjacent 1 to 176 Poynter House, and to remove bay No. 83;
i. in Lochaline Street, the north-west side, to install a personalised disabled persons parking place outside No. 8/6 Lochaline Street, and to remove a disabled persons parking place in this location;
j. in Rosebury Road, the north-west side, to remove a disabled persons parking place outside No. 49 Rosebury Road, extending existing shared use parking place at this location;
k. in Dawes Road, the north side, to extend existing double yellow lines “at any time” waiting restrictions by 1 metre outside no. 128 Dawes Road, and to remove single yellow line waiting restrictions in this location;
l. in Bentworth Road, the south-east side, to remove a personalised disabled persons parking place opposite No. 51 Bentworth Road, 6.6 metres of shared use parking place would be removed in this location;
m. in Queensmill Road, the south-east side, to remove a disabled persons parking place outside No. 55 Queensmill Road, extending existing shared use parking place at this location;
n. in Leysfield Road, the north-east side, to remove a disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 18/16 Leysfield Road, extending existing shared use parking place at this location;
o. in St. Stephen’s Avenue, the east side, to install double yellow kerb blips “at any time” loading restrictions outside No. 105 and 103a St. Stephen’s Avenue;
p. in St. Stephen’s Avenue, the west side, to install double yellow kerb blips “at any time” loading restrictions outside No. 105 and 103a St. Stephen’s Avenue;
q. in St. Stephen’s Avenue, the east side, to install a goods vehicles loading only bay operating Monday to Sunday 9am to 9pm with a maximum stay of 40 minutes and no return within 1 hour at the side of No. 95 Uxbridge Road, and to remove double yellow line waiting restrictions in this location;
r. in Edgarley Terrace, the south-east side, to install a disabled persons parking place at the side of No. 361 Fulham Palace Road, and to remove a personalised disabled persons parking place in this location;
s. in Peterborough Road, the south-west side, to install a personalised disabled persons parking place outside No. 74 Peterborough Road, and to remove a disabled persons parking place in this location;
t. in Colehill Lane, the north-west side, to install a personalised disabled persons parking place outside No. 38 Colehill Lane, 6.6 metres of shared use parking place would be removed in this location;
u. in Barclay Road, the north-east side, to install an electric vehicle recharging point only at all times with permit holders only operating midnight to 9am and 7pm to midnight and with a maximum stay of 4 hours and no return within 4 hours during the operational hours of 9am to 7pm outside Nos. 9/11 Barclay Road; 5.5 metres of shared use parking place would be removed at this location; and
v. to make further amendments so as to bring the Orders in line with the on-street layout.
3. For a period of 6 weeks from the day on which the Orders are made, a copy of all Orders and a copy of the Councils statement of reasons for making the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected by requesting a copy in writing to Traffic Orders, Parking Services, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk ,
4. If any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
