PUBLIC NOTICE 

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (WOOD HAYES ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding along Wood Hayes Road closed in both directions between junction with Grassy Lane and side of property 11. The vehicle diversion route is: Blackhalve Lane, Cannock Road and vice versa. The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, it is anticipated that the road closure will be in place from the 4 September 2023 until the 6 September 2023 (approximately). The Order is required to facilitate Sluice Valve Chamber Rebuild works by Severn Trent Water.
