THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION)
(CONSOLIDATION) AMENDMENT (NO. 19) ORDER 2023
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders, which will come into effect on 13th September 2023, will be in St Stephens Avenue to:
(a) install a new goods vehicles loading place, measuring 9.5 metres, on the east side adjacent to No. 95 Uxbridge Road and remove no waiting “at any time” restrictions (double yellow lines) in this location. The loading place would operate on Mondays to Sundays, between 9am and 9pm, with a maximum stay of 40 minutes and no return within 1 hour; and
(b) prescribe no loading at any time restrictions on the east side outside No. 105 St Stephens Avenue and on the west side opposite No. 105 St Stephens Avenue.
3. For a period of 6 weeks from the day on which the Orders are made, a copy of all Orders and a copy of the Councils statement of reasons for making the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected by requesting a copy in writing to Traffic Orders, Parking Services, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk,
4. If any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
