Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.
SEVENOAKS AREA
B269 Pootings Road, Crockham Hill. TN8 6SB (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of B269 Pootings Road, Crockham Hill, on or after 14th September 2023 for up to 2 days between 08.00hrs and 16.00hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between The Cottage and Dennetts Farm Cottage.
The alternative route is via B2042 Ide Hill Road, B2027 Four Elms Road, B2026 Station Road/Main Road, B269 Spout Lane and vice versa.
B269 Pootings Road, Crockham Hill. TN8 6SA (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of B269 Pootings Road, Crockham Hill, on or after 28th September 2023 for up to 1 day between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between Dennettsland Road and Grange Cottage.
The alternative route is via B2042 Ide Hill Road, B2027 Four Elms Road, B2026 Station Road/Main Road, B269 Spout Lane and vice versa.
B2042 Wheatsheaf Hill, Ide Hill. TN14 6BU (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works , Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of B2042 Wheatsheaf Hill, Ide Hill, on or after 26th September 2023 for up to 1 day between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed 50 metres from Back Lane.
The alternative route is via B2024 Cold Arbor Road, A25 Westerham Road/Main Road/High Street/Brasted Road, B2026 Hosey Hill/Hosey Common Road, B269 Spout Lane/Pootings Road, B2042 Ide Hill Road/Green Lane/Wheatsheaf Hill and vice versa.
Cackets Lane, Knockholt. TN14 7PG (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of carriageway repairs, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Cackets Lane, Knockholt, on or after 25th September 2023 for up to 1 day between 07.30hrs and 16.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between Burlings Lane and Cackets Farm.
The alternative route is via Burlings Lane, Main Road, Cudham Lane South, Cackets Lane and vice versa.
Coldharbour Road, Penshurst. TN11 8EU (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Coldharbour Road, Penshurst, on or after 15th September 2023 for up to 1 day between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed near Coldharbour Farm Oast.
The alternative route is via Smarts Hill, B2188 New Road, Grove Road, Finch Green and vice versa.
Coppings Road, Leigh TN11 8PR (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of drainage improvement works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Coppings Road, Leigh, on or after 14th September 2023 for up to 36 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Coppings Brook Cottages and Wickhurst Brook.
The alternative route is via Camp Hill, B2027 Tonbridge Road/Penshurst Road/High Street/Hildenborough Road/Stocks Green Road, Rings Hill, Philpots Lane and vice versa.
Egerton Avenue, Hextable. BR8 7LG (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of new water and electricity supplies, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Egerton Avenue, Hextable, on or after 11th September 2023 for up to 9 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between New Road and Spring Vale Close.
The alternative route is via Egerton Avenue, College Road, B258 Main Road and vice versa.
Lake View Road, Sevenoaks. TN13 3EH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of footway and carriageway repairs, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Lake View Road, Sevenoaks, on or after 11th September 2023 for up to 2 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed adjacent to number 2.
The alternative route is via Lambarde Road, Betenson Avenue, Robyns Way and vice versa.
Norman Street, Ide Hill. TN14 6BH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Norman Street, Ide Hill, on or after 29th September 2023 for up to 1 day between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Alderwood.
The alternative route is via Norman Street, Little Norman Street, Sundridge Road and vice versa.
Scabharbour Road, Leigh TN11 8PJ (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of UKPN works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Scabharbour Road, Leigh, on or after 11th September 2023 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Priory Farm.
The alternative route is via Scabharbour Road, Philpots Lane, Watts Cross Road, B245 London Road, A225 Weald Interchange, Morleys Road and vice versa.
Valley Road, Fawkham. DA3 8NA (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Thames Water works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Valley Road, Fawkham, on or after 11th September 2023 for up to 2 nights between 22.00hrs and 05.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between Fawkham C of E School and Crispins Cottage.
The alternative route is via Fawkham Road, B260 Main Road, Hartley Road, Ash Road, Chapel Wood Road, Ash Road, The Street, South Ash Lane, Stansted Lane, A20, Fawkham Road, Brands Hatch Road and vice versa.
