Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Bread Street, Penzance) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary for water and electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd October 2023 to 13th October 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 
Road afected - Bread Street, Penzance between the junctions of Alma Terrace and Adelaide Street.

Pedestrian access will be maintained to properties.

The County of Cornwall (Eastern Green, A30 Between Treweath Road And Eastern Green and Branwell Lane Roundabout, Penzance) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th October 2023 to 10th October 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included. 

Roads affected - Eastern Green between the junction of the B3311 and Chy An Mor Roundabout, A30 Between Treweath Road And Eastern Green between Branwell Lane Roundabout and grid reference SW48144 31131 and Branwell Lane Roundabout and grid reference SW48157 31143 and Branwell Lane Roundabout for its entire length, Penzance.

The County of Cornwall (Foundry Lane, Hayle) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th September 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Hayle. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th September 2023 to 22nd September 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700 hours weekdays only.
Road affected - Foundry Lane, Hayle for its entire length

The County of Cornwall (Bejew Hill, Trelew Hill and Penzance Road St Buryan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th September 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Buryan. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th September 2023 to 22nd September 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Bejew Hill, Trelew Hill and Penzance Road for their entire lengths, St Buryan
