What is happening?

REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT) ORDER NO 3 2023

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will amend the Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 by adding a charge rate for one hour’s parking on the Guisborough Forest and Walkway Carpark with a cost of £1.10 for 1 hour. The existing charges of £2.20 for 2 hours, £3.30 for 3 hours and £4.40 all day will remain.

The Order will come into operation on 11.9.23. Copies of it may be examined at the address below between the hours of 10.30am and 3.00pm Monday to Friday or at https://www. redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/resident/roads-and-travel/highway-notices/Pages/Permanent-Highway-Notices.aspx

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision in it on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 5.9.23 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
