Redevelopment of land adjacent to phase 8 Hoburne Farm to provide 109 residential dwellings, public open space, landscaping and infrastructure (to include roads, path ways and access to Cornflower Drive).
8/23/0603/FUL The Noisy Lobster Avon Beach Mudeford
Alterations to existing ground floor entrance. Extension to and partial demolition of ground floor, with enlargement of first floor terrace above. Enlargement of front dormers. Removal of side window. Internal re configurations throughout.
