THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (HADDINGTON ROAD/HADDINGTON ROAD LANE NORTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:
• Haddington Road - from the junction of Victoria Place to the junction of Ryder Road (18/9/23 - 28/9/23)
• Haddington Road Lane North - from the junction of Benbow Street to the junction of Victoria Place (29/9/23 - 11/10/23)
2. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
• As listed in paragraph 1 above
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffc signs are displayed.
The Order shall come into force on 18th September 2023 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the installation of poly duct works will commence on the 18th September 2023 until 11th October 2023 24hrs
