Ar ran Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, rhoddaf rybudd o dan adran 16A o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 o’r gorchmynion rheoleiddio traffig dros dro canlynol o ran cau ffyrdd, gwahardd parcio a thraffig unffordd:

Gwahardd gyrru
Ni chaiff neb achosi i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd y darnau canlynol o ffyrdd yn ystod yr oriau a nodir isod:

• A472, rhwng y ffin sirol yn Nelson a chylchfan y Royal Oak yn Ystrad Mynach, rhwng 1.30pm a 3.30pm.
• Caerphilly Road yn Ystrad Fawr a Llanbradach, a Wingfield Crescent, Glenview Terrace, Park View, y Stryd Fawr, De Winton Terrace a Coed-y-brain Road yn Llanbradach, rhwng 1.30pm a 3.30pm.
• A469, rhwng cylchfan Coed-y-brain yn Llanbradach a chylchfan Pwll-y-pant yng Nghaerffili, rhwng 1.30pm a 3.30pm.
• B4623 Heol Pontygwindy, rhwng 2pm and 4pm.
• B4263 Castle Street, rhwng system gylchu y Piccadilly a’r bandstand, rhwng 2pm a 5pm.
• B4263 Castle Street, rhwng y bandstand a’r gyffordd â’r Twyn, y Twyn a Cardiff Road, rhwng 4am ac 8pm.
• B4263 Mountain Road, rhwng 2pm a 4pm
• A469, rhwng y gyffordd â B4263 Mountain Road a chylchfan Penrhos, rhwng 2pm a 4pm.
• B4600 Nantgarw Road, rhwng 2pm a 4.30pm.
• Crescent Road a Park Lane, rhwng 2.30pm a 4.45pm. 

Gwahardd aros a llwytho 

Ni chaiff neb achosi i unrhyw gerbyd aros na llwytho/ dadlwytho ar hyd y darnau canlynol o ffyrdd rhwng 10am a 4pm:

• Caerphilly Road, yn Ystrad Fawr a Llanbradach.
• Wingfield Crescent, Glenview Terrace, Park View, y Stryd Fawr, De Winton Terrace a Coed-y-brain Road, Llanbradach.
• B4623 Heol Pontygwindy a Mountain Road, Caerffili.
• A469, rhwng y gyffordd â B4263 Mountain Road a chylchfan Penrhos.
• B4600 Nantgarw Road, Caerffili.
• Crescent Road a Park Lane, Caerffili.

Ni chaiff neb achosi i unrhyw gerbyd aros na llwytho/ dadlwytho ar hyd y darnau canlynol o ffyrdd rhwng 4am ac 8pm:

• B4263 Castle Street, Cardiff Road a’r Twyn.

Traffig unffordd
Caiff traffig fynd ar hyd Bartlett Street, Caerffili, i gyfeiriad y dwyrain yn unig rhwng Cardiff Road a White Street rhwng 4am ac 8pm. Mae’r hysbysiad hwn yn atal dros dro y gorchymyn traffig unffordd parhaol presennol.

Hwyluso’r ras feicio Tour of Britain fel ‘Digwyddiad Arbennig’ ar y briffordd.

Mynediad/Llwybrau eraill
Bydd mynediad i eiddo ar gael i’r gwasanaethau brys yn unig. Gellir defnyddio’r A468, A469, A472, A470, A465 a’r M4 fel llwybrau eraill.

Tour of Britain Cycle Race 2023 Nelson to Caerphilly

Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Waiting, Loading and One-Way Traffic Order, Sunday 10 September 2023

On behalf of Caerphilly County Borough Council, I give notice under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 of the following temporary road closures, parking prohibitions and one-way traffic regulation Orders:

Prohibition of Driving
No one shall cause any vehicle to proceed along the following lengths of roads at the times specified below:

• A472 from the County boundary in Nelson to Royal Oak Roundabout in Ystrad Mynach between 1:30pm and 3.30pm
• Caerphilly Road in Ystrad Fawr and Llanbradach, Wingfield Crescent, Glenview Terrace, Park View, High Street, De Winton Terrace and Coed-y-Brain Road in Llanbradach between 1.30pm and 3.30pm
• A469 from Coed-y-Brain Roundabout in Llanbradach to Pwllypant Roundabout in Caerphilly between 1.30pm and 3.30pm
• B4623 Pontygwindy Road between 2pm and 4pm
• B4263 Castle Street from the Piccadilly gyratory to the Bandstand between 2pm and 5pm
• B4263 Castle Street from the Bandstand to its junction with The Twyn, The Twyn and Cardiff Road between 4am and 8pm
• B4263 Mountain Road between 2pm and 4pm
• A469 from its junction with B4263 Mountain Road to Penrhos Roundabout between 2pm and 4pm
• B4600 Nantgarw Road between 2pm and 4.30pm
• Crescent Road and Park Lane between 2:30pm and 4.45pm

Prohibition of Waiting & Loading
No one shall cause any vehicle to wait or load/unload along the following lengths of roads between 10am and 4pm:

• Caerphilly Road in Ystrad Fawr and Llanbradach
• Wingfield Crescent, Glenview Terrace, Park View, High Street, De Winton Terrace and Coed-y-Brain Road, Llanbradach
• B4623 Pontygwindy Road and Mountain Road, Caerphilly
• A469 from its junction with B4263 Mountain Road to Penrhos Roundabout
• B4600 Nantgarw Road, Caerphilly
• Crescent Road and Park Lane, Caerphilly
No one shall cause any vehicle to wait or load/unload along the following lengths of roads between 4am and 8pm:
• B4263 Castle Street, Cardiff Road and The Twyn

One-Way Traffic
Traffic will only be permitted to proceed on Bartlett Street, Caerphilly in an easterly direction between Cardiff Road and White Street between 4am and 8pm. This notice temporarily suspends the existing permanent one-way traffic order.

Reason
To facilitate the Tour of Britain Cycle Race as a ‘Special Event’ on the highway.

Access/Alternative Routes
Access to property will only be allowed by the emergency services. The A468, A469, A472, A470, A465 and M4 can be used as alternative routes.
