What is happening?

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2159 Littleheath Lane, Lickey End) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of: Closure 1 - C2159 Littleheath Lane from its junction with C2151 Brookhouse Road to its junction with U21400 Lower Shepley Lane. Closure 2 - U21462 Dale Lane from its junction with C2159 Littleheath Lane for a distance of 700 metres in an easterly direction.
Reason: New customer connection by Cadent Gas Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion Closure 1: C2159 Littleheath Lane, C2151 Brookhouse Road, U21401 Linthurst Road, U21401 Spirehouse Lane, B4096 Alcester Road, C2159 Littleheath Lane and vice versa.
Diversion Closure 2 (Northbound): U21462 Dale Lane, U21401 Linthurst Road, C2151 Brookhouse Road and vice versa. Closure 2 (Southbound): U21462 Dale Lane, U21401 Spirehouse Lane, B4096 Alcester Road, C2159 Littleheath Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 25 September 2023.
(U20403 Rumbow Lane, Romsley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Order made: to close that part of U20403 Rumbow Lane from its junction with C2166 Shut Mill Lane to its junction with U20602 Spring Lane.
Reason: Meter repairs by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U20602 Spring Lane, C2166 Shut Mill Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 6 September 2023.
(U21334 West Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of U21334 West Road from its junction with U21336 East Road to its junction with U21338 North Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing and patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U21336 East Road, U21338 North U21336 East Road, U21338 North Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day only between the period of 25 September and 6 October 2023.
(C2178 Brockhill Lane, Tutnall and Cobley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Order Made: to close that part of C2178 Brockhill Lane from its junction with U22403 Tunnel Hill to its junction with U31094 Wheelers Lane.
Reason: Utility work by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2178 Brockhill Lane, U22403 Tunnel Hill, B4096 Hewell Lane, B4184 Brockhill Lane, B4184 Brockhill Drive, C2178 Brockhill Lane, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 September 2023.
(C2280 Wildmoor Lane, Bournheath) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Order made: to close that part of C2280 Wildmoor Lane from its junction with C2280 Top Road to its junction with U21551 Cobnall Road.
Reason: Tree maintenance by GMT.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion Eastbound - C2280 Top Road, A491 Sandy Lane, A38 Lydiate Ash roundabout, A38 Halesowen Road, U21550 Woodrow Lane, U21551 Cobnall Road..
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 5 September 2023.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (A491 Stourbridge Road, Belbroughton) (Temporary 40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2023
Order made: To impose a temporary 40 mph speed limit on that part of A491 Stourbridge Road from its junction with B4091 Fairfield Road roundabout to its junction with B4188 Hartle Lane.
Reason: To provide a safe working area/access for fibre overhead cabling by Openreach.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 30 August 2023.
