Church Street - Temporary Road Closure For New Connection Works

Temporary Closure of Church Street
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Church Street - from 114 metres south of the junction with Douglas Yates Court, southwards for a total distance of 45 metres.
This Order will enable Bristol Water to carry out new connection works.
The Order becomes effective on 14th September 2023 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 20th September 2023 and last until 22nd September 2023 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
