What is happening?
HARBOURS ACT 1964 (AS AMENDED)
THE HOLYHEAD HARBOUR REVISION ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Holyhead Harbour Revision Order 2023 was made by the Welsh Ministers on 8 August 2023 and came into force on 14 August 2023.
A copy of the Order and accompanying plans, sections and elevations
may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of the applicant at Stena House, Station Approach, Holyhead, Anglesey LL65 1HN.
A copy of the Order is also available online at: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/wsi/2023/897/contents/made
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order becomes operative, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
