Atlas Road, Temporary Footpath Closure Due To Water Works
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE ATLAS ROAD N11 FOOTPATH
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate essential water main works, they intend to make an Order which will close the footpath on Atlas Road N11, between a point in line with the south-western kerbline of Pegasus Way and a point 94 metres southwest of the south-western kerbline of Pegasus Way, while the works take place. The works will commence on Monday 18th September 2023 at 8.00am and is expected to last for 42 weeks.
The alternative route for pedestrians will be provided by following the suggested route as indicated on temporary signage.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
