(CLOUGH ROAD, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Clough Road, Slaithwaite from a point outside property 22 Clough Road to a point outside property 24 Clough Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Crimble Clough Road, Clough Road, Bolstermoor Road, Bank End Road, Copley Bank Road, Lower Wellhouse Road, Radcliffe Road, Clough Road and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will operate on Saturday 9 September 2023 only between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(LINFIT LANE, LINTHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Linfit Lane, Linthwaite from its junction with Hey Knowles Farm Entrance to a point outside 26 Linfit Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Linfit Lane, 
Jerusalem Road, Holt Head Road, Varley Road, Manchester Road, Linfit Fold and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 11 September 2023 until 13 September 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up 18 months if necessary) 

(LEA LANE, NETHERTON, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Lea Lane, Netherton from its junction with Wringley Court to its junction with Old Moll Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Lea Lane, Netherton Fold, Moor Lane, Netherton Moor Road, Sandbeds, White Gate, Sentry, Thirstin Road, Old Moll Road and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 11th September 2023 and will remain in force until 15th September 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(SWALLOW LANE, GOLCAR, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Swallow Lane, Golcar from a point outside house no. 75 Swallow Lane to a point outside house no. 95 Swallow Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Swallow Lane, Leymoor Road, Benn Lane, Church Street, Longwood Gate, Gilead Road, Longwood Edge Road, New Hey Road, Round Ings Road, Halifax Road, Slaithwaite Gate, Pike Law Lane and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday 14th September 2023 and will remain in force until 15th September 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(MELTHAM HOUSE LANE, NEW MILL, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Meltham House Lane, New Mill from its junction with Scaley Gate to its junction with Tenter Hill PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Butterley Lane, Sheffield, South View, Stalley Royd Lane, Tenter Hill and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 13th September 2023 and will remain in force until 21st September 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(DUNFORD ROAD, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Dunford Road, Holmfirth from a point outside 35 Dunford Road to a point outside 102 Dunford Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Dunford Road, Penistone Road, Flint Street, Bents Road, Whams Road, Sheffield Road, Holmfirth Road, New Mill Road, Station Road, Towngate and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will operate on Sunday 10th September 2023 only between the hours of 09:00 to 18:00 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(TRINITY STREET, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Trinity Street from its junction with Portland Street to its junction with Greenhead Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by this closure will be available via Trinity Street, Park Avenue, Springwood Avenue, Merton Street, Castlegate
It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 13th September 2023 and will remain in force until 15th September 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(OWLER BARS ROAD, MELTHAM, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Owler Bars Road, Meltham from its junction with Mill Moor Road to a point outside property no. 76 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the following routes:-
Diversion 1 - via Mill Moor Road, Westgate, Station Street, Slaithwaite Road, Golcar Brow Road, The Hollow
Diversion 2 - via The Hollow, Golcar Brow Road, Slaithwaite Road, Station Street, Greens End Road, Mill Moor Road.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday, 29th August 2023 and remain in force until 30th August 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(COLLEGE STREET, CROSLAND MOOR, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that short length of College Street at a point outside property no. 25a PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via road adjacent 38/40 Everard Street to College Street, Everard Street, Park Road, College Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday, 29th August 2023 and remain in force until 31st August 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(HEYS LANE, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Heys Lane, Slaithwaite form its junction with Clough House Lane to its junction with Intake Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Moor Side Lane, Meal Hill Lane, Longlands Road, Heys Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on Thursday, 31st August 2023 between 08:00 - 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH COL/220/10 & COL/247/20, MARSDEN, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the footpath has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in that length of Public Footpath COL/220/10 & COL/247/20, Marsden from its junction with Pennine Way to its junction with Blakely Clough PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out the proposed works.
Alternative routes for persons affected by the closure will be available via the footpath east past Wessenden Lodge, south across Wessenden Reservoir, then south west towards Blakely Clough and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Friday, 1st September 2023 and remain in force until 15th October 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 6 months if necessary).

(CLIFF ROAD, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Cliff Road, Holmfirth from its junction with Cliff Street to its junction with Wooldale Cliff Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Winney Bank Lane, Wooldale Road, Town End Road, Cliff Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday, 29th August 2023 and remain in force until 11th September 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
