THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (STENHOUSE ROAD FROM BURDER PARK TO CARRON ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)

(NO.TTRO/1886) ORDER 2023

The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on the road locally known as Stenhouse
Road from Burder Park to Carron Road from 08.00 hours on 28/08/2023 until 16.30 hours on
17/11/2023. The prohibition is to allow for the steel repair and painting to the underside of
the structure.
1. Full details may be inspected online at http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/ or by
contacting adteam3.ds@falkirk.gov.uk from 24/08/2023 – 17/11/2023.
2. This Order temporarily closes the 101875/20 road bridge to the south of Carron Iron
Works for 65m over the length of the structure.
3. The alternative route is: Stenhouse Road 101875 in a northerly, B902, Carron
Roundabout in a southerly direction, B902 New Carron Road in a southerly direction,
Stenhouse Road 101875 in a northerly direction and vice versa. Local access will be
maintained.
