NOTICE OF PROPOSALS
THE DISTRICT OF ADUR (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AND CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2011. (AMENDMENT No.6) ORDER 2023

Notice is hereby given of The District Council of Adur making Amendment No. 6 to The District of Adur (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2011. The Amendment shall come into effect on 27th October 2023.

The general effect of the Order is:
.To introduce Monthly, Quarterly and Annual
season tickets at Littlecroft Car Park, Lancing
.To add a definition of car club, car club permit
and car club bays to the order
.To add a definition of electric vehicle and
electric vehicle charging points, electric vehicle
bays to the order

A copy of the Order and the documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at Portland House, Richmond Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HS.
If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person should within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made apply for that purpose to the High Court. Details are also available on the Council's website.
