Hysbysir Drwy Hyn Bod Cyngor Sir Fynwy, yn bwriadu gwneudGorchymyn dan Adran 14(1)(a) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984.Mae'r gorchymyn yn cael ei wneud oherwydd bod gwaith i’w wneud artramwy cyhoeddus:  Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau dros dro Llwybr Troed 17 y Fenni fel y nodir ar y cynllun gorchymyn. Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 05/09/2023 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym amhyd at chwe mis, neu tan fod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, pa un bynnag syddyn gyntaf.  Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yneuog o drosedd.  Am fwy o wybodaeth, cysylltwch ag Adran Hawliau Tramwy Cyngor SirFynwy ar 01633644850 neu e-bostiwch Countryside@Monmouthshire.gov.uk os gwelwch yn dda.

Monmouthshire County Council Section 14(1)(A) - Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Footpath 17 Abergavenny  Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023
Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council has made an Order under S14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The order was made due to  works being executed on the paths.  The effect of the Order was to temporarily close Footpath 17 Abergavenny  as indicated on the order plan. The Order will come into force on the 05/09/2023 and will remain in force for up to six months or until the works are completed.  By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
