(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Queen’s Drive, Bath outside property number 63. USRN: 47901274
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to replace damaged pole in Tarmac, closure by Sunbelt Rentals Ltd on the 31st August 2023 for a maximum period of 3 days. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
This is anticipated to be for ONE DAY between 09:30 - 15:30hrs.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Queen’s Drive (Remainder) – Fox Hill – Hawthorn Grove – Queen’s Drive – vice versa.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Anchor Lane, Combe Hay, Bath from its junction with Rowley Farm Lane extending west to its junction with Backy Hill. USRN: 47918918.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Sunbelt Rentals safe access to overhead network for pole replacement on behalf of Openreach on the 28th August 2023 for a maximum period of 2 days.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for ONE DAY between 09:30 - 15:30hrs. Highway to be clear at all other times.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a footpath closure in that length of Footpaths Sheridan Road, Whiteway, Bath from a point adjacent to 102 – 132 Sheridan Road extending west to a point outside 129 Sheridan Road. This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath to enable Truespeed to lay ducts – approx. 80m on the 1st September 2023 for a maximum period of 7 days. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for FIVE DAYS.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a footpath closure in that length of Footpath Sheridan Road to Whiteway Road, Bath from a point adjacent to 37 - 43 Sheridan Road. USRN: 47921846.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath to enable Truespeed to lay ducts – approx. 40m on the 29th August 2023 for a maximum period of 5 days. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for THREE DAYS.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Westmoreland Road, Bath from its junction with Cheltenham Street extending south to its junction with Westmoreland Station Road. USRN: 47913687.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Network Rail to install and dismantle scaffolding alongside a retaining wall on the 11th September 2023 for a maximum period of 6 weeks.
The works are anticipated to be carried out over 2 nights in September from 22:00 to 06:00hrs and 1 night in October from 22:00 - 06:00hrs.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
