New Forest, Multiple Road Closures Due To Works On The Road
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - SOUTH BADDESLEY ROAD/ UNDERSHORE ROAD/ MONUMENT LANE, BOLDRE, NEW FOREST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of South Baddesley Road/ Undershore Road/ Monument Lane between its junction with Lisle Court Road, its junction with Island Point and a point approximately 100 Metres North along Monument Lane from its junction with South Baddesley Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:
B3054, East Boldre Road, Cripple Gate Lane, Main Road, Lymington RoadDURATION OF ORDER: from 4th September 2023 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 3 days).
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
