WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN HEALUM AVENUE AND MERRICK ROAD
The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction)
(Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 883) Order 2023
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council, on the 22nd August 2023 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Amendment Order will be to (a) vary existing waiting restrictions so that they will apply “at any time” in the length of Merrick Road described in the Schedule to this Notice and (b) implement at any time waiting restrictions in the lengths of Healum Avenue described in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. The Order, which will come into operation on 24th August 2023, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including the proposed crossing including a plan, are available by e-mail from trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until the 3rd October 2023.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 3rd October 2023.

SCHEDULE
(No waiting at any time) Merrick Road
The-east side, between a point 15.00 metres east of the front eastern flank wall of No. 23a of The Arches Business Centre, Merrick Road and the northern side of the access road lying between the Uncle building and Samuelson House.
Healum Avenue
(a) the north side, between its junction with Merrick Road and a point 77 metres east of that junction;
(b) the south side, between its junction with Merrick Road and a point 79 metres east of that junction.
