THE LEICESTER (AYLESTONE ROAD, ALMOND STREET) (TEMPORARY) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicester City Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be, for the following anticipated period of time to:
Prohibit right turn movement from Aylestone Road into Almond Road from 12.00am on Monday 28th August 2023 until 11.59pm on Friday 29th September 2023.
Diversion route: Aylestone Road, Welford Road, Almond Road.
The Order will come into effect on the 28th August 2023 and will continue in force for up to 18 months, or until the order is no longer deemed necessary, whichever is the earlier.
This order is made to facilitate cycleway works taking place and to prevent the likeliness of danger to the public. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
