CYNGOR BWRDEISTREF SIROL RHONDDA CYNON TAF

(LLWYBR TAITH TAF (RHWYDWAITH BEICIO CENEDLAETHOL LLWYBR 8)
GORCHYMYN (CAU DROS DRO) 2022

DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod y Gorchymyn a gyflwynwyd gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf ar 2 Medi 2022 yn unol ag adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a fyddai wedi dod i ben ar 5 Medi 2023 yn parhau ewn grym. Bydd y Gorchymyn yma, dan awdurdod Y Dirprwy Weinidog Newid Hinsawdd, yn gweithredu o dan awdurdod y Gweinigod dros Newid Hinsawdd, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wrth adfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adran 15(5) o’r Ddeddf, mewn grym hyd at ac yn cynnwys 5 Mawrth 2024

Bydd y Gorchymyn yma’n cau’r rhannau canlynol o’r llwybrau yma dros dro:-

Llwybr Taith Taf (Llwybr 8 NCN)

Y rhan o Lwybr Taith Taf sy’n dechrau o gyffordd Heol Caerdydd a Ffordd Bleddyn, Ffynnon Taf (12606, 83023) ac yn parhau tua’r gogledd ar hyd Ffordd Bleddyn a rheilffordd sydd ddim yn cael ei defnyddio am tua 0.8km nes cyrraedd pwynt sydd 55 metr i’r gogledd o Rhymney Cottages, Heol y Plwyf, Ffynnon Taf (12506, 83877).

Yn ystod cyfnod cau’r rhan yma o’r llwybr, rydyn ni’n argymell bod cerddwyr a seiclwyr yn defnyddio rhwydwaith y priffyrdd neu’r llwybrau sy’n cynnwys arwydd Trafnidiaeth Cymru tra bod y llwybrau ar gau.

Mae’n rhaid cau’r llwybr er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar Lwybr Taith Taf ac i adeiladu Canolfan Reoli’r Metro. Bydd y gwaith yma’n beryglus felly bydd dim modd i’r cyhoedd fynd yn agos ato.
