HYSBYSIR Traffig ar gyfer y ffordd uchod, wedi gwneud y Gorchymyn uchod, er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd, tra bod contractwyr yn gwneud gwaith ar y briffordd.

NAWR FELLY bydd yr Awdurdod, wrth arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddo o dan Adrannau 2(1), (2) a 14(1) o Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a phob pŵer galluogi arall yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn. Bydd effaith y Gorchymyn fel a ganlyn:

Llwyn-On, Llwyn-On.

Ni ellir caniatáu mynediad trwy’r cau ar gyfer cerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ddydd Mawrth Awst 22ain 2023 i ddechrau am gyfnod o 3 wythnos a bydd yn gymwys yn ôl yr angen ar yr adegau a nodir gan arwyddion traffig. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn para am 18 mis ar y mwyaf.

MERTHYR TYDFIL COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
LLWYN-ON RESERVOIR ROAD, LLWYN-ON, MERTHYR TYDFIL
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that the Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (“the Authority”) being the Traffic Authority for the above road, has made the above Order, in the interests of public safety, whilst contractors carry out works in the highway.

NOW THEREFORE the Authority in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Sections 2(1), (2) and 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers will make the following Order. The effect of the Order will be as follows:
No person shall cause any vehicle to use Llwyn-On
Reservoir Road, Llwyn-On.

Alternative route:
Northbound travelling diversion – proceed north along the A470, south along Llwyn-On Reservoir Road and Llwyn-On Reservoir Back Road. Southbound travelling diversion vice versa.

Access cannot be allowed through the closure for emergency services vehicles

The Order shall come into force on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 initially for a duration of 3 weeks and will apply as required during such times as indicated by traffic signs. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
