(Seel Street) (Temporary Suspension of One-Way Traffic)
(Temporary Prohibition of Driving) Order, 2023.
Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to:-
1. Suspend any Traffic Regulation Order made by the Council insofar as it relates to a one-way traffic system on Seel Street, L1, from its junction with Slater Street to its junction with Back Colquitt Street.
2. To prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Seel Street, L1, from its junction with:- (a) Berry Street to its junction with Back Colquitt Street; & (b) Slater Street to its junction with Back Colquitt Street in any direction other than south-easterly.
3. A signed diversion route will be erected for the duration of the works.
4. This Order will become operational from the 4 to 30 September 2023, or for such lesser period of time as dictated by the early completion of the works, which are to safely enable Liverpool City Council contractor, Graham, to carry out improvement works.
