TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
*INCLUDING PEDESTRIANS, EQUESTRIANS AND NON-MOTORISED TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 04/09/2023 and have a maximum duration of 6 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 months.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Avant Homes (Midlands) and their contractors to facilitate the construction of a new development and associated infrastructure.
The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC INCLUDING PEDESTRIANS, EQUESTRIANS AND NON-MOTORISED TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 21/08/2023 and have a maximum duration of 2 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow City Fibre/Callan Connect Ltd and their contractors to undertake the installation of new fibre apparatus.
Access will be maintained but there may be a short delay whilst the area is made safe.
