What is happening?

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL

(NURSERY ROAD, HARBORNE & EDGBASTON) 
(TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows: 

1. To introduce a No Waiting at any time and No Loading Monday to Friday 7am-7pm restriction on lengths of NURSERY ROAD.
2. To introduce a Disabled Badge Holders Only restriction on a length of NURSERY ROAD.

Full details of these proposals are in the draft Orders which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request. (Contact Marie Brown Tel: 07824 694255: email: marie.brown@birmingham.gov.uk). 

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Inclusive Growth Directorate, 1 Lancaster Circus Queensway, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 5th September 2023.
