(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT 4) ORDER 2023
The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-
The Lancashire County Council (FOX STREET AND FLEET STREET, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 3 as follows:
3. The prohibition will be operative from 0800 hours on Monday 28th June 2021 until 1630 hours on Friday 1st September 2023 or until completion of the works within this period.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 4th August 2023 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (FOX STREET AND FLEET STREET, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023”
