What is happening?

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 The County Of  Devon (Temporary  Restriction) (Kerries Road, South Brent) Order 2023 Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic 
Notice is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 18/8/23 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 23/8/23.  No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the  sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected:  Kerries Road, South Brent The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Exeter Road, Exeter Road To Avonwick, Road From A38 Underpass To Old Bridge Cross, Chowder Cross To A38 Underpass. This temporary restriction is considered necessary  to enable: Excavation  Works To Install 100M Of Duct, Chambers & Tie Into Existing Network.
