C420 NORTHUMBRIAN ROAD CRAMLINGTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C420 Northumbrian Road Cramlington from its junction with the Brockwell Centre Roundabout heading east for a distance of 460 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 14th August 2023 until the 31st December 2023.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 14th August 2023 until the 20th August 2023 between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 31st December 2023.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the Northumbrian Road, East West Link Road, Station Road, Crow Hall Lane, Northumbrian Road and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
