2-32 Kings Road - Application to Vary the Premises Licence
What is happening?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by John Lewis PLC to the Licensing Authority of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to vary the Premises Licence for the Peter Jones Department Store, Sloane Square, 2-32 Kings Road, London, SW3 4UD.
The application is to: approve new layout plans; permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises throughout the whole store subject to certain limitations as set out in the application; to remove conditions 8 and 9 on the licence and add other conditions. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 5th September 2023 (www.rbkc.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
