Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the roads as described in the schedule below.

The reason for the closure is to carry out continuation of Kings Quarter Development works.

Notice is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to introduce two new Zebra Crossings in the places described in the Schedule below.

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make a Variation Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which would vary the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 (the 2017 Order) by introducing the proposed restrictions detailed in The Schedule below on Barnwood Link Road, Gloucester, Gloucestershire.

The reason for the closure is for Ash Dieback Tree Removal.

The Roads are expected to be closed between 31st August 2023 and 22nd March 2024, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. The said Order can permit the closure and restriction of the Roads in any order, or simultaneously as required.
