Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
I, Kirsty Macleod, do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at 5 West Dyke Road, Redcar TS10 3EA and known as Jimmy Macs.
The application proposes to permit supply of alcohol, Sunday- Thursday 12:00-00:00, Friday-Saturday 12:00- 01:00, Live music, Friday-Saturday 17:00-00:00 Sunday 14:00-00:00 Recorded music, Sunday-Thursday 12:00- 00:00 Friday-Saturday 12:00-01:00.
Any other person or responsible authorities may make representations to the application in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address below by 24th August 2023.
The Licensing Register and a copy of the application may be viewed during normal office hours at the address below.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine payable on summary conviction of such offences is level 5 on the standard scale:
