Temporary Road Closure – Pikes Hill, Minstead, New Forest
Notice Is Hereby Given that Hampshire County Council has made an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
Road To Be Closed: that part of Pikes Hill between its junction with Furzy Lawn Lane and its junction with Fenwick Health & Wellbeing Centre.
Alternative Route: Furzy Lawn Lane, A337, Broughton Road.
Duration Of Order: from 21st August 2023 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner.
(Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for
no longer than 5 days between the hours 08:00 – 17:00). Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
