What is happening?
THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, CROWN, INVERNESS) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council on the 8th August 2023 made, in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the above Order which will come into operation on 18th August 2023.
The Order was previously advertised by Notice in The Inverness Courier on Friday the 5th May 2023 and the effect of the Order is as described in that Notice.
A copy of the Order, Notice, Statement of Reasons together with a copy of the relevant plan can be inspected at the Highland Council Inverness Service Point, Castle Street, Inverness, IV1 1JJ during opening hours, Monday to Friday 10:30 – 12:30 and 1:30 to 4:30, from the 18th August to the 29th September 2023.
