MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE

Hysbysiad Notice  Deddf Reholeiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 – Adran 16A Fel Y’i Diwygir Gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd (Digwyddiadau Arbennig) 1994 Cyngor Sir Fynwy (Heol Yr Eglwys, Cil-Y-Coed, Sir Fynwy) (Digwyddiadau Arbennig – Digwyddiad Noel Gallagher Castell Cil-Y-Coed 2023)  Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig 2023
Hysbysir drwy hyn, oherwydd bod digwyddiad arbennig yn cael eigynnal, fod Cyngor Sir Fynwy yn bwriadu gwneud y Gorchymyn DrosDro uchod, at ddiben cynnal digwyddiad arbennig (cau ffyrdd dros dro ar gyfer Digwyddiad Noel Gallagher yng Nghastell Cil-y-coed 2023). Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gosod y cyfyngiadau dros dro a ganlyn:-
(i)  Gwahardd pob cerbyd rhag mynd i mewn neu fynd ar hyd y darnau offyrdd a nodir yn yr atodlenni yn yr Hysbysiad hwn (gan gynnwys ycyffyrdd sy'n cysylltu ffyrdd o'r fath) ac eithrio cerbydau o'r fath mewn perthynas â Digwyddiad Noel Gallagher yng Nghastell Cil-y-coed.Bydd cyfyngiad o'r fath hefyd yn berthnasol i farchogion ac i arwainneu yrru ceffylau neu unrhyw anifeiliaid eraill. 
(ii)  Dim mynediad ac eithrio’r cerbydau sy’n gysylltiedig â chyngDigwyddiad Noel Gallagher yng Nghastell Cil-y-coed ynghyd âthrigolion, y gwasanaethau brys, yr heddlu, y frigâd dân, dibenionambiwlans, ac ar gyfer sefydliadau sy’n gyfrifol am ddelio â chollicyflenwadau o dd.r trydan nwy neu gyfathrebu electronig, i eiddo ynyr ardal ac i symud unrhyw rwystr yn y traffig sy'n golygu bod angen dod â cherbydau i ran o'r Ffyrdd. 
(iii) Mae’r rhannau perthnasol o unrhyw Orchmynion presennol sy’nymwneud â’r darnau hynny o ffyrdd yn cael eu hatal drwy hyn amgyfnod y Gorchymyn Dros Dro hwn i’r graddau y maent yn effeithio ar y darnau hynny o ffyrdd a’r llwybr amgen, ac er mwyn osgoi unrhyw amheuaeth dyma fydd drechaf. am oes y Gorchymyn hwn. 
(i) Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym rhwng 22:00 a 23:59 ar ddyddSadwrn, 19eg Awst 2023

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 16A As Amended By The Road Traffic Regulation (Specialevents) Act 1994 Monmouthshire County Council (Church Road,Caldicot, Monmouthshire) (Special Events – Noel Gallagher Caldicot Castle Event 2023) Traffic Regulation Order 2023
Notice s hereby given that due to a special event being held,Monmouthshire County Council intends to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order, for the purpose of holding a special event(temporary closure of a section of Church Road, Caldicot for the Noel Gallagher Caldicot Castle Event 2023). The effect of the Order is to impose the following temporary restrictions:- (i)  Prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding along the lengths ofroads specified in schedules in this Notice (including the junctionslinking such roads) except such vehicles in relation to the Noel Gallagher Caldicot Castle Event. Such restriction shall also apply inrelation to equestrians and to the leading or driving of horses or anyother animals. 
(ii)  No access except for the vehicles related to the Noel Gallagher Caldicot Castle Event together with residents, the emergency services, police, fire brigade, ambulance purposes, and for organisations responsible for dealing with the loss of supplies of gas electricity water or electronic communications, to premises in the area and for the removal of any obstruction in the traffic, which necessitates the bringing of vehicles into a section of the Roads. 
(iii) The relevant sections of any existing Orders relating to the said lengths of roads are hereby suspended for the period of this Temporary Order insofar as they affect the said lengths of roads and the alternative route, and for the avoidance of doubt this shall prevailf or the duration of this Order. 
(iv) The Order will be in effect between 22:00- 23:59 on Saturday the 19th August 2023  S

Approx distance ~280m.  Closure in operation between 22:00 – 23:59.
