(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF STATION ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Station Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Northway north westwards to its junction with Homestead Road, a distance of approximately 91m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Northway, Church Street, A412 (Riverside Drive/Rectory Road) and Homestead Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 22 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BERRY LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Berry Lane, Chorleywood from a point in line with the eastern boundary of 'Kingshill House' south westwards for a distance of approximately 30m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Common Gate Road, Chorleywood Bottom, Hubbards Road, Furze View, Rendlesham Way, Stag Lane and Berry Lane.
The Order is needed because electrical service connection works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THORNBURY GARDENS, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER NO.2 2023
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Thornbury Gardens, Borehamwood from a point 77m north of its junction with Bullhead Road northwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Thornbury Gardens, Bullhead Road, Kenilworth Drive and Thornbury Gardens.
The Order is needed because gas service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SUBWAY SITUATED BENEATH A412 RECTORY ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all subway users from using the subway situated beneath A412 Rectory Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with High Street south westwards and north westwards for its entire length ("the Subway").
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the south side of High Street, the footway situated on the west side of Wensum Way, the footway situated on the west and north sides of Ebury Road, the footpaths situated on the south east, south west and north west sides of the A412 Ebury roundabout.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Subway. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 22 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Subway.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF OLD SHIRE LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Old Shire Lane, Chorleywood from a point in line with the north eastern boundary of 'Heronsmere' south westwards for a distance of approximately 133m ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 22 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FIR TREE HILL, CHANDLERS CROSS) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Fir Tree Hill, Chandlers Cross from a point 455m north east of its junction with Redhall Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 40m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Fir Tree Hill, Redhall Lane, Sarratt Road, The Green, A412 (Watford Road/Rickmansworth Road), A411 Hempstead Road, A41 (Hempstead Road/ Watford Road), Langleybury Lane and Fir Tree Hill or via Fir Tree Hill, Langleybury Lane, A41 (Watford Road/Hempstead Road), A411 (Hempstead Road/Hyde Road/The Avenue), A412 (Rickmansworth Road/Watford Road), The Green, Sarratt Road, Redhall Lane and Fir Tree Hill.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing utility pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. that length of Grove Crescent, Croxley Green from its junction with Baldwins Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 76m.
An alternative route will be via Baldwins Lane and Grove Crescent.
2. that length of Lovatts, Croxley Green from its junction with Grove Crescent north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. that length of Hillside Close, Abbots Langley from its junction with Gable Close north eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Gable Close, Abbots Langley from its junction with School Mead north eastwards and clockwise for its entire length.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER NO.4 2023
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. the eastbound carriageway of A411 Beechen Grove, Watford from its junction with the A411 Hempstead Road/A412 St Albans Road roundabout south eastwards for a distance of approximately 405m.
An alternative route will be via A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road), A4178 Cassio Road, Upton Road and A411 (Exchange Road/Beechen Grove).
2. the westbound carriageway of A411 Beechen Grove, Watford from its junction with A411 Exchange Road north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with the A411 Hempstead Road/A412 St Albans Road roundabout, a distance of approximately 392m.
An alternative route will be via A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road), Upton Road, A4178 Cassio Road and A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road).
3. that length of Albert Road South, Watford from its junction with A411 Beechen Grove south westwards to its junction with Gaumont Approach, a distance of approximately 118m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. that length of Gaumont Approach, Watford from its junction with Albert Road South south eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 7 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A412 ST ALBANS ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of road ("the lengths of Road"), except for access:-
1. the northbound carriageway of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from its junction with the A412 northbound slip road leading onto the A411 Hempstead Road/A411 Beechen Grove roundabout north eastwards to its junction with the A412 northbound slip road leading onto the northbound carriageway of A412 St Albans Road, a distance of approximately 344m.
An alternative route will be via the A411 Hempstead Road/A411 Beechen Grove roundabout.
2. the southbound carriageway of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from its junction with the A412 southbound slip road leading onto the A411 Hempstead Road/A411 Beechen Grove roundabout south westwards to its junction with the A412 southbound slip road leading onto the southbound carriageway of A412 St Albans Road, a distance of approximately 348m.
An alternative route will be via the A411 Hempstead Road/A411 Beechen Grove roundabout.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the lengths of Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 8 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the lengths of Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Chalfont Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Shire Lane north westwards to a point in line with the north west boundary of 'Blacketts End', a distance of approximately 152m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Shire Lane, Whitelands Avenue, Blacketts Wood Drive and Chalfont Lane.
The Order is needed because drainage connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 7 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. that length of Horseshoe Lane, Watford from a point in line with the north western boundary of No.133 Horseshoe Lane south eastwards to a point in line with the south eastern boundary of No.123 Horseshoe Lane, a distance of approximately 67m.
An alternative route will be via Horseshoe Lane, High Road, A405 North Orbital Road and Horseshoe Lane or via Horseshoe Lane, A405 (St Albans Road/North Orbital Road), the M25 (junction 21a) roundabout, A405 (North Orbital Road/St Albans Road/North Orbital Road), High Road and Horseshoe Lane.
2. that length of Phillipers, Watford from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.70 Phillipers north eastwards, northwards and north eastwards to its junction with The Gossamers, a distance of approximately 355m.
An alternative route will be via Phillipers, York Way and The Gossamers or via Phillipers, the service road fronting Nos.93-107a Phillipers and Phillipers.
3. that length of Garsmouth Way, Watford from its junction with Meriden Way south westwards, north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with York Way, a distance of approximately 370m.
An alternative route will be via Meriden Way and York Way.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Tibbs Hill Road, Abbots Langley from a point 60m north west of its southernmost junction with Summerhouse Way north westwards for a distance of approximately 70m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Tibbs Hill Road, Langley Lane, South Way, Hunton Bridge Hill, Hamilton Road, Gallows Hill, Gallows Hill Lane, High Street and Tibbs Hill Road. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 11 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Long Elms, Abbots Langley from a point 77 metres north east of its junction with South Way north eastwards to its junction with Fay Green, a distance of approximately 141m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Long Elms, South Way, The Graylings, The Fairway and Long Elms or via Long Elms, Upper Highway and The Garth.
The Order is needed because utility service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Chandlers Lane, Chandlers Cross from its junction with Toms Hill south eastwards for a distance of approximately 388m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Toms Hill, Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Poles Hill, The Green, Dimmocks Lane, Sarratt Road, Redhall Lane and Chandlers Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 10 August 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (BUSHEY HALL ROAD AND ALDENHAM ROAD, BUSHEY) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety proposes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce new waiting restrictions in parts of Bushey as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected from 4 August 2023 during normal office hours, at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, or may be viewed on-line at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by selecting Hertsmere and looking at Ref: H00623
