Somerset Council Parish of Stringston
Temporary Closure of Lilstock Road Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Lilstock Road - from 230 metres north of the junction with Pools Barn Road, northwards for a total distance of 83 metres. This Order will enable Below Ground Solutions to carry out water works.
The Order becomes effective on 11th August 2023 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 15th August 2023 and last until 16th August 2023 between the hours of 00:00-23:59 for a total of 2 days.
