TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS FOOTPATHS
M313 COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of which will prohibit pedestrians from entering and proceeding along Footpath M313 between Tamworth Road and Footpath M315.
The Order will come into effect from Friday 28th July 2023 and is required for development works to be undertaken safely on the footpaths mentioned in the Schedule below.
The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is envisaged that the works will be completed by Friday 28th July 2023
Exemptions will be provided for (a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform; (b) any persons in connection with the execution of the said works.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
JOHN ROUS AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along John Rous Avenue in both directions between its junction with Prior Deram Walk and its junction with Mayors Croft. The Order will come into effect from 08.00 hours on Monday 7th August 2023 and is required for water network utility works to take place safely
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 18:00 hours on Monday 21st August 2023.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to John Rous Avenue
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

BENNETTS ROAD SOUTH, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Bennetts Road South from its junction with Thompson’s Road to its junction with Exhall Road.
The Order will come into effect from 08.00 hours on Monday 7th August 2023 and is required for section 106 Drainage Connection works to take place safely
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 16.00 hours on Monday 14th August 2023.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Bennetts Road South

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
EVENTS AT THE COVENTRY BUILDING SOCIETY ARENA 2023/24
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding along those lengths of road set out in Schedule 1 on the dates and for the events specified in Schedule 2 below.
The restrictions would be required for a reasonable time before and after each event as indicated by signage on site. Restrictions will be lifted as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.
The Order would also have the following effects which may apply on site when deemed necessary:
(a) A speed limit reduction to 30mph on A444 in both directions between Rowley’s Green Lane and Holbrook Way
(b) Full closure of A444 in both directions between Rowley’s Green Lane and Holbrook Way may be signed and enforced on site;
(c) Taxi Rank on Manor Road to be suspended on event days.
The Order would come into effect on 12th August 2023 and is required to enable the safe access and egress to and from events and sporting fixtures at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
There may be additional events to those listed in Schedule 2 or events which are rearranged once this Order is made. In such circumstances the road closures listed in Schedule 1 may be activated by signage on site.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the closures would be sign posted on site. Pedestrian access to premises on the affected lengths of road would be maintained at all times.
The maximum duration of this Order is eighteen months but it is envisaged it will determine once the final event specified in Schedule 2 has taken place.
Exemptions will be provided for: -
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or an accredited traffic marshal;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles when necessary, at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the events taking place

• Rowley’s Green Lane from its junction with Judds Lane to the access of Hales Industrial Park (350 meters north-east of its junction with Judds Lane).
• Winding House Lane, Bedworth in a South-easterly direction from its junction with Wheelwright Lane to its junction with the A444 Jimmy Hill Way.
• Judds Lane
• Coronel Avenue
• Burbages Lane from its junction with Winding House Lane to a point 215 metres north-west of that junction.
