ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D14 NORTON HILL, AUSTREY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions of Main Road and the A444.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 31 July 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 31 July 2023.
Access & Diversion: A444, Austrey Road, Appleby Hill, No Mans Heath Lane, Main Road and vice versa.

BIRMINGHAM ROAD, BLYTHE ROAD AND HIGH STREET, COLESHILL
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: B4114 Birmingham Road from High Street to Parkfield Road, Blythe Road from High Street to Church Hill and High Street from Lichfield Road to Church Hill.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing, traffic calming, lining and associated works.
Sundays only from 08.00hrs-17.00hrs.
Order Commences: 30 July 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 September 2023.
Access & Diversion: Blythe Road, Coleshill Road, Church Hill, Coleshill Road, Nuneaton Road, Tamworth Road Station Hill, Tamworth Road, Meriden Road, A452 Fillongley Road, A452 Chester Road, A446 Stonebridge Road and vice versa. Access to properties will be maintained wherever possible subject to works and safety considerations.

HURLEY COMMON, ATHERSTONE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable essential utility works.
Order Commences: 2 August 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 August 2023.
Access & Diversion: Brick Kiln Lane, Knowle Hill, Atherstone Road, Atherstone Lane, Wigston Hill, Windmill Lane, Main Road, Merevale Lane, The Common, Boot Hill, Hill Top, The Crescent, A5 from end of dualling At Dordon to start of dualling south east of Grendon including roundabouts, Watling Street, Gypsy Lane, Lower House Lane, Boulters Lane, Tamworth Road, Hurley Common and vice versa.

TAMWORTH ROAD ATHERSTONE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from a point outside 117 Tamworth Road to Birchfield Close, rolling road closure.
Reason for Order: Reconstruction of a new storm water sewer for the new housing development.
Order Commences: 27 July 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 September 2023.
Access & Diversion: Tamworth Road, Baxterley Road, Main Road, The Orchard, Merevale Lane, The Common, Boot Hill, Hill Top, A5 from end of dualling at Dordon to start of dualling south east of Grendon including roundabouts, Watling Street, Gypsy Lane, Lower House Lane, Boulters Lane, Meadow View and vice versa.

PEAR TREE AVENUE, KINGSBURY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from the junction of Meadow Close to the Junction of Pear Tree Surgery.
Reason for Order: To enable essential works, 08.00hrs-17.00hrs.
Order Commences: 11 August 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 August 2023.
Access & Diversion: Pear Tree Avenue, Coventry Road, Tamworth Road, Trinity Road, Footpath Pear Tree Avenue Courtyards and vice versa. Commercial & pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

SPRING HILL, ARLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between points 20 metres either side of the railway bridge.
Reason for Order: To enable essential maintenance works, overnight 22.00hrs-06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 9 August 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 August 2023.
Access & Diversion: Spring Hill, Gun Hill, Arley Lane, Ansley Road, Birmingham Road, Ansley Lane, Rectory Road and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BOROUGH OF NORTH WARWICKSHIRE) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (VARIATION NO. 8) ORDER 2023
Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to vary the existing Warwickshire County Council (Borough of North Warwickshire) (Waiting Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2017, as described (by approximate measurements) in the Schedule below.
Exceptions to any waiting restrictions described in the Schedule below will permit waiting for the purposes of picking up and setting down passengers, loading and unloading goods, for vehicles displaying a disabled person’s badge and in connection with the maintenance of the road and the supply of gas, water or electricity.
A copy of the proposed Order, together with a copy of an Order to be varied, plans showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, are available on the Council’s website at https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/20206/north-warwickshireborough and at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick during usual opening hours.
