What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE BROOK HILL, BOLDRE, NEW FOREST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Brook Hill between its junction with Newtown Lane and its junction with Norleywood Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: South Baddesley Lane, Lymington Road, Norleywood Road
DURATION OF ORDER: from 25th July 2023 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 3 days between the hours 08:00 18:00). Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out. Telephone inquires to: Hampshire County Council, Roads and Transport 0300 555 1388.
