What is happening?
THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(PART OF B1232 BEVERLEY ROAD, WILLERBY)
(TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2023
East Riding of Yorkshire Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed at a speed in excess of 30mph along the B1232 Beverley Road, Willerby between Willerby Roundabout and the existing 30mph zone on the B132 Beverley Road, Willerby.
The reason for the closure is to enable the proposed Willerby Roundabout Improvement Scheme works, to be carried out and completed in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public. It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 22 December 2023.
The Order will commence on 24 July 2023 and continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
