Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Yr A483 (Ffin Powys/Sir Gaerfyrddin I Lanymynech, Powys) (Cyfyngiadau Cyflymder A Dim Goddiweddyd Dros Dro) 202- 
Mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ymhen dim llai na 7 niwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn. Mae angen y Gorchymyn arfaethedig er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A483, neu gerllaw iddi, rhwng ffin Powys/Sir Gaerfyrddin a Llanymynech, Powys.  Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd gosod terfyn cyflymder dros dro o 40 mya, 30 mya neu 10 mya ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A483 sy’n ymestyn o ffin sirol Powys/Sir Gaerfyrddin, 350 o fetrau i’r de-orllewin o’r fynedfa i’r eiddo a elwir Bylchau ger Dinas-y-bwlch i ganolbwynt ei chyffordd â’r U2052 i Ben-y-foel yn Llanymynech. Disgwylir y bydd y terfyn cyflymder o 10 mya yn weithredol yn ystod gwaith confoi a ni chaniateir goddiweddyd ar yr adegau hynny.  Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 4 Awst 2023. Disgwylir y bydd y cyfyngiadau a’r gwaharddiad dros dro, y bydd eu hyd a’u lled yn amrywio, yn weithredol yn ysbeidiol o 08:00 o’r gloch ar 4 Awst 2023 am gyfnod hwyaf o 18 mis. The A483 Trunk Road (Powys/Carmarthenshire County Boundary To Llanymynech, Powys) (Temporary Speed Restrictions & No Overtaking) Order 202.
The Welsh Ministers propose, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A483 trunk road between the Powys/Carmarthenshire county boundary and Llanymynech, Powys.  The effect of the proposed Order will be to impose a temporary 40 mph, 30 mph or 10 mph speed limit on the length of the A483 trunk road that extends from the Powys/Carmarthenshire county boundary, 350 metres south-west of the access to the property known as Bylchau near Sugar Loaf to the centre-point of its junction with the U2052 to Penyfoel at Llanymynech. The 10 mph speed limit is expected to apply during convoy working and no overtaking will be permitted during these times.  The Order will come into force on 4 August 2023. The temporary restrictions and prohibition, whose extent will vary, are expected to operate intermittently from 08:00 hours on 4 August 2023 for a maximum duration of 18 months. Advance notice of the works will be displayed before they start.
