Notice Is Hereby Given that Hampshire County Council has made an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow an event to be carried out on or near the road.

Schedule 1 – 40Mph Speed Limit

A31 Alresford Road, Winchester Between its junction with Percy Hobbs roundabout (its junction with the B3404 Alresford Road, A31 Petersfield Road and Chapel Lane) and its junction with Lady Croft Farm roundabout (its junction with the A31 Alresford Bypass and Winchester Rd B3047). 9am Tuesday 8th August 2023 – 5am Tuesday 15th August 2023.

A272 Petersfield Road, Winchester Between its junction with the A31 Alresford Road and a point 600m southeast of Rodfield Lane 6am Monday 7th August –5am Tuesday 15th August 2023.

Duration Of Order: from 7th August 2023 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the event whichever is sooner.  (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 week.  Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the event is being carried out.
