Order made: to close that part of C2237 Lower Howsell Road from its junction with A449 Worcester Road to its junction with U63426 Farley Road.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A449 Worcester Road, U63427 Richmond Road, U63425 Church Road, C2237 Lower Howsell Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 16 nights (19:00-06:00 except Sun 17:00-06:00)

Order made: to close that part of U63361 Spring Lane from its junction with U63358 Spring Lane for a distance of 275 metres in a north easterly direction.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U63361 Spring Lane, A449 Worcester to close that part of U63361 Spring Lane from its junction with U63358 Spring Lane for a distance of 275 metres in a north easterly direction.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Proposed Order: to close that part of U61235 Court Street from its junction with A4104 Old Street to its

junction with U61214 School Lane.

Reason: Replace/renew manhole cover/frame by Severn

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4104 Old Street, U61213 Minge Lane, U61214 School Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 31 July 2023.

(U61224 Gardens Walk and U61213 Minge Lane, Upton upon Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Order made: Closure 1: from U61224 Gardens Walk to its junction with U61213 Minge Lane for a distance of 25m northerly direction. Closure 2: from U61213 Minge Lane to its junction with U61224 Gardens Walk for a distance of 25m in a westerly direction from U61224 Gardens Walk to its junction with U61213 Minge Lane for a distance of 25m northerly direction.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U61224 Gardens Walk, U61232 Severn Drive, U61235 Court Street, A4104 Old Street, U61213 Minge Lane and vice versa.

Order made: to close that part of U63381 Betony Road from its junction with U63379 Sandys Road to its junction with U63384 Sparrowhawk Close.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U63381 Betony Road (northbound), U63383 Grovewood Road, B4208 Townsend Way, U63379 Sandys Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 16 nights/days (Mon-Sat 18:00-06:00, Sun 07:30-17:00).

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (A449 Worcester Road, Malvern) (Temporary 10 mph Speed Limit) Order) 2023

Order made: to impose a temporary 10 mph speed limit to impose a temporary 10 mph speed limit

on that part of A449 Worcester Road from its junction with U63400 Queen Elizabeth Road to its junction with C2288 Pickersleigh Avenue.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC

Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 16 nights (17:00-06:00) Commencing: 9 July 2023.

(Revocation) and Various Roads, Malvern/Newland (40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2023

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following roads in Malvern/Newland:-A449 Malvern from a point 285m north east of its junction with Goodson Road in a north easterly then northerly direction to a point 462m south west of its junction with Monksfield Lane. C2206 from its northerly junction with the A449 for a distance of 100m in a south westerly direction. C2206 from its southerly junction with the A449 for a distance of 80m in a northerly direction.

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
