What is happening?
Footpath 3/3R Weston Rhyn Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 Temporary Prohibition of Use of Footpath Shropshire Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an order temporarily prohibiting the use of part of Footpath 3/3R Weston Rhyn which runs from FP 4 at Moreton Hall in a north easterly direction through the The Sawmills to the Weston Rhyn to Rhosweil Road
The Order will come into operation on 1st August 2023 for 6 months, in the first instance and is required on the grounds of public safety because of the potential danger to the public during works being undertaken on the new development.
