TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES - VARIOUS ROADS, COUNTYWIDE 2023 (No 25)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.

ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:

1) Templars Way, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh between its junction with School Lane and its junction with Bournemouth Road Roundabout.

2) Snoddington Lane, Shipton Bellinger, Test Valley between its junction with A338 Salisbury Road and a point approximately 455 Metres East.

3) Frith End Road, Binsted, East Hampshire between its junction with A325 Farnham Road and its junction with Binsted Road.

4) Webb Lane, Hayling Island, Havant between its junction with Grand Parade and its junction with Selsmore Road.

5) Sages Lane, Privett, East Hampshire between its junction with A32 Gosport Road and its junction with Hempland Lane.

6) Hyde Lane, Hyde, New Forest between its junction with Frogham Hill and its junction with Hern Lane.

7) Ibworth Road, Hannington, Basingstoke between its junction with Ibworth Lane and its junction with Summer Down Lane.

8) Inchmery Lane, Exbury & Lepe, New Forest between a point approximately 1.40km South from Summer Lane and a point approximately 1.20km West from Lepe Road.

9) Waterditch Road, Bransgore, New Forest between its junction with Common Road and its junction with Lyndhurst Road.

10) Clewers Hill, Shedfield, Winchester between its junction with Clewers Lane and its junction with Curdridge Lane.

11) Copthorne Lane, Fawley, New Forest between its junction with Ashlett Road and its junction with Copthorne Lane Spur.

12) Oliver's Lane, Bramley, Basingstoke between its junction with Minchens Lane and its junction with Bramley Lane.

13) Lyndhurst Road (Service Road), Ashurst & Colbury, New Forest between its junction with A35 Lyndhurst Road until the road ends.

14) Horsebridge Road, Houghton, Test Valley between its junction with Houghton Road and a point approximately 800 Metres South.

15) Trowes Lane, Stratfield Saye, Basingstoke between its junction with Park Lane and a point approximately 410 Metres North.

16) High Cross Lane, Froxfield & Privett, East Hampshire between its junction with Blackmore Lane and its junction with Stoner Hill Road.

17) Scivier's Lane, Upham, Winchester between its junction with B2177 Winchester Road and its junction with Winters Hill.

18) Ridge Common Lane, Steep, East Hampshire between its junction with Bell Hill and its junction with A272 Winchester Road.

19) Holt End Lane, Bentworth, East Hampshire between its junction with Jennie Green Lane and its junction with Church Street.

28) Ashford Hill Road, Headley, Basingstoke between its junction with A339 Newbury Road and its junction with Thornford Road.

29) Hatchwarren Lane, Basingstoke between its junction with Birches Crescent until the road ends.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LEFT-HAND TURN - Turning Left is to be prohibited on the following road(s):

Park Road, Farnborough, Rushmoor turning left at its West junction onto Closeworth Road.

Park Road, Farnborough, Rushmoor turning left at its West junction onto Queens Road (excluding cyclists)

TEMPORARY ONE-WAY SYSTEM (EXCEPT CYCLISTS) - To impose a one-way system in a Northerly direction on the following road: Park Road, Farnborough, Rushmoor between its junction with

Queens Road and its junction with South Street will have a One-Way System imposed (North Bound) for the duration of the works.

TEMPORARY PARKING SUSPENSION - To suspend Parking on the following road:

Reading Road (Southern side), Farnborough, Rushmoor between its junction with Rivers Close and a point approximately 200 Metres West.

TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION - To impose a 30 mph temporary speed restriction on the following road: B3035 Botley Road, Bishops Waltham, Winchester between its junction with A334 Winchester Road and its junction with B2177 Coppice Hill.

DURATION OF ORDER: from 17th July 2023 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.) Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
