Darpariaeth A Diwygiadau Arfaethedig I Orchmynion Traffig O Fewn Gwahanol Gymunedau Yn Sir Fynwy

Hysbysir Drwy Hyn fod Cyngor Sir Fynwy o Neuadd Sir, Y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn cynnig gwneud Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd fel sy’n dilyn:

Effaith y gorchymyn: cyflwyno -

  • Cyflwyno terfynau cyflymder o 20mya, 30mya a 50mya ym mhob rhan o Llantrisant, Llanllowell a R113 Ffordd Caerwent, Brynbuga.
  • Cyflwyno terfyn cyflymder o 30mya ar R37 Pwll-Y-Cwm i Ffordd Newcastle, Llangattock-Vibon-Avel.

o fewn y lleoliadau a ddynodir ar y cynlluniau, sydd ar gael i’w gweld yn Neuadd y Sir, Brynbuga neu ar-lein drwy http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/public-consultation-traffic. Gellir mynd ar y wefan, hefyd, drwy sganio’r cod QR isod.

Os oes unrhyw un yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw rai o’i ddarpariaethau ar y sail nad ydynt o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan y Ddeddf, neu os oes anghydffurfiaeth gydag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf, gall y person dan sylw, o fewn chwech wythnos o’r 12 Gorffennaf 2023 (sef y dyddiad y gwnaed y Gorchymyn), wneud cais i’r diben hwnnw i’r Uchel Lys.

Monmouthshire County Council Traffic Regulation, Speed Limits And Parking Regulations Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment Order No 9) 2023 Provision Of A Traffic Regulation

Order Within Various Communities In Monmouthshire

Notice Is Hereby Given that Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA ("the Council") has made a Road Traffic Regulation Order as follows:

Effect of the order: to introduce-

    • To introduce 20mph, 30mph and 50mph Speed Limits throughout Llantrisant, Llanllowell and R113 Usk to Caerwent Road, Usk.
    • To introduce a 30mph Speed Limit on R37 Pwll-Y-Cwm to Newcastle Road, Llangattock-Vibon-Avel

within the localities identified on the plans, which can be viewed by appointment at County Hall, Usk or online at http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/public-consultation-traffic. This webpage can also be accessed by scanning the below QR code.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the ground that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from 12th July 2023 (being the date that the Order was made), apply for that purpose to the High Court.
