(TEMPORARY PUBLIC FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use of Parish of North Sunderland Public Footpath No 4, in the County of Northumberland.
The route is described as follows:
From a point immediately north-east of number 10 Crewe Street and west of Farne House in a general easterly direction for a distance of 75 metres along the sea front to a point immediately north-west of number 15 Crewe Street.
There is an alternative route available from a point immediately north-east of number 10 Crewe Street and west of Farne House in a southerly direction for a distance of 50 metres to a point on South Street then in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 55 metres to a point immediately north-west of number 15 Crewe Street
The Order is to be effective from the 17th July 2023 until the 25th August 2023 or until the works are complete. The path will only be closed when module unloading and crane lifting operations are in progress.

The closure has been requested by Moduloft Limited in the interests of public safety to enable module unloading and crane lifting.
